1. COMPOSING AND CREATING THE TEAMS (back to index)
1.1 Every team is composed by min 7 and max 20 skiers without limits of discipline or nationality (except for "FISI" Tournament, see 7.2). The 7 skiers lower bound has to be respected from the start to the end of the season, except for market repair periods.
1.2 Every FantaTeam starts with 1000 credits; FantaManager who has created the team can use all of them or reserve a part for others repair markets during the season.
1.3 Prices are decided by Price Manager. Price Manager fix the starting price at the begin of the season for each skier; during the season he can modify the prices during the repair market phases.
1.4 FantaManager can buy only the skiers in our database. However you can report a new skier to Fantaski Admin and in case will be priced and inserted in the database.
1.5 To build-up the team you have to register and the use the Market Manager . You can choose the name of the team without limitations except for offensive or insulting name. Fantaski Admin can refuse or modify the name of the teams or even delete them.
1.6 After creating the team you can modify it only during particular periods, named "Market Phases". New users can create a team in any moment except during “updating prices” moment.
1.7 Limitations for team: every FantaManager can create MAX 5 team for Men Fantaski and MAX 5 team for Ladies Fantaski before the beginning of the season (phase 1). During the season a FantaManager can create 6 team more. At the end of the season each FantaManager can manage MAX 11 teams.
1.8 Fantaski Admin can DELETE a team, removing related points and every rights to the prizes if a team doesn't respect these rules; if an email is invalid the team is immediately disqualified.
1.9 Every FantaManager is requested to register only once. It’s forbidden to register more than one profile even with different email address. Every email address provided has to be active.


2. SCORING (back to index)
2.1 Fantaski scoring is the same of the official Alpine Ski World Cup.
2.2 We consider only the official results published by FIS (Ski International Federation) with rank from 1° to 30°.
2.3 This table show correspondences between positions and scoring.

2.4 Every World Cup race in calendar is valid for Fantaski Cup.
2.5 According to FIS rules, during the Finals (last races of the season) only TOP15 skiers of the races are ranked.

3. LINE-UP (back to index)
3.1 You have to communicate line-up for each race using the Line-Up Manager, after logging in.
3.2 After the creation of the team you have to decide the default line-up. Then every modification to the line-up (for each discipline) will be registered and used for the next race (for that discipline). If you don't modify the line-up the last one (for each discipline) will be used.
3.3 You can modify the line-up untill an hour before the starting time of the race, along with Fantaki Server time
3.4 Your line-up is at max composed by 5 skiers, choosen from your team.
3.5 If a skier does not start you'll receive 0 points.
3.6 Fantaski will provide startlist number in the LineUp Manager so you can easily see whose of your skiers will run the next race and their bib. These data are not official, may be incomplete or wrong. Fantaski will not accept any claim.

4. STANDINGS (back to index)
4.1 The winner is the team who collect more points in Fantaski Overall standing; the final score is the sum of the points done by the lined-up skiers, race by race.
4.2 A team compete also in 5 discipline standings (slalom, giant slalom, super-g, downhill,combined).
4.3 If two or more teams have the same score Fantaski applies this criterion: number of race victories, best average, best average in every discipline and, at least, date of registration.
4.4 Every team belong to the Fantaski Market Phase in which has been build-up. For example: if you create an empty team at the beginning of the season but you buy skiers some months later your team belongs to phase of that moment.

5. PRIZES (back to index)
5.1 Fantaski is a free game; no fee is request of any kind.
5.2 SPECIAL RULES FOR USER OUTSIDE ITALY: if you win some prizes you must immediately contact the Fantaski Admin. We can't pay prizes posting outside Italy. We can't do any expedition outside Italy. Every problem regarding prizes for users outside Italy will be managed directly by the Fantaski Admin.

6. MARKET DURING THE SEASON/PLAYING AFTER THE SEASON HAS STARTED (back to index)
6.1 During the season a lot of market phases will be opened. During each phase you can modify your own team, buy and sell athletes and consequently modify your basic line-up for every discipline.
6.2 The prices of the second and following phases of Fantaski Cup can be the same or different ones as the first phase and in any case they will be fixed by Price Manager.
6.3 During every market phase, you can buy and sell athletes, using the credits obtained according to these standards:
      A) credits not spent during the pervious market phase
      B) credits obtained selling own Fantateam’s skiers: you can gain 65% of the value of every sold athletes even if they are retired, released or injured.
6.4 A sold skier can be also bought again by the same Fantateam.
6.5 The points, realized by the athletes before the cession, are left to Fantateam.
6.6 A team, registered during the season, can buy skiers using last reference price but it cannot gain points which bought athletes have previously realized.
6.7 Fantaski Admin reserves the right to add or take off from all teams an arbitrary number of credits in correspondence with a market place.

7. TOURNAMENT (back to index)
7.1 Besides competing for the general standing of Fantaski Cup and for the speciality cup, every Fantateam is entered automatically for six following tourneys. Every tournament is present both Men and Ladies Fantaski.
7.2 “FISI” Tournament - “Fisi” tournament gives a prize to Fantateams who realize more points during the season. To compete for this tournament is REQUIRED to buy 7 italian skiers at least.
7.3 “GRAND SLAM” Tournament - “Grand Slam” Tournament gives a prize to Fantateams who realize more points during four competitions of World Cup. The races which are part of this tournament are “ the classical” ones of World Cup.
For “2007/2008” season, the places selected for Men Big Slam Tournament are:
a) Slalom at Bad Kleinkirchheim
b) Giant Slalom at Adelboden
c) Super G at Kvitfjell
d) Downhill at Kitzbuhel
For “2007/2008” season, the places selected for Ladies Big Slam Tournament are:
a) Slalom at Panorama
b) Giant Slalom at Maribor
c) Super G in Sestriere
d) Downhill in Cortina
In case of cancellation of a competition, this one will be replaced with another one in the same speciality chosen by Fantaski Admin.
7.4 “HALF SEASON” Tounament - Half Season tournament gives a prize to Fantateams who realize more points from half season to the end. See Fantaski Calendar
7.5 “MARKET” Tournament - Market tournament gives a prize to teams who realize more points in every market phase. As prices change during the season, this tournament compares teams who used the same prices. Six phases are foreseen: the first phase coincides with the beginning of season, last one coincides with final one.
7.6 “Talent Scout” Tournament - Talent Scout Tournament gives a prize to teams who realize more points with the “young” skiers. Young Skiers are those born from 1982 on (male), and 1984 on (female)
7.7 “FINALS” Tournament - Finals tournament gives a prize to teams who realize more points in the final races in this tournament. No replay will be foreseen.

8. LEAGUE (back to index)
8.1 A league is a special competition at close number. The teams who are part of league compete also in the other Fantaski standings and Fantaski tournaments.
8.2 The rules to create a league:    
     • Anyone can create a league in any moment, giving to Admin the name of the spokesman of the league, own e-mail, the name of own league and the name of present teams.
     • The spokesman of the league can invite teams, accept or refuse new participations, at his discretion. He can accept a team in the league even if other teams of the league take part in one or more contests.
     • Every teams who compete in a league must be created in the same phase.
     • Every league must have a minimum of 6 players.
     • Every FantaTeam can compete in at maximum 3 leagues.
8.3 Every league has a room with the results of contests and general and speciality results.
8.4 Leagues must respect the rules, market moment, results and prices of general standing of Fantaski
8.5 You can create League base on Male Ski World Cup or Female Ski World Cup but not mixed ones.
